I have received incorrect item. What do I do?
3 days for request for refund -> 2 days for Naindah.com approval -> 1 week for you to return item to us
- Go to "My account"
- Click "My return" on the left side
- Click "Request new return"
- Select "the order item that you wish to return"
- Click "next step"
- Fill in the details
- and "Submit Request"
- Wait for Approval from Naindah.com*
- You may drop off your returned item to our warehouse OR you may also ship it to our warehouse.
RETURN POLICY: 3 DAYS (after you receive your item)
Drop off address: Unit 6 & 7, Block C, Simpang 34, Taman Alam, Kg Beribi, Bandar Seri Begawan, BE1118, Brunei Darussalam.
Opening Hour: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm
Friday 8:00am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm
Saturday and Sunday closed
