I have received incorrect item. What do I do?

3 days for request for refund    ->     2 days for Naindah.com approval     ->      1 week for you to return item to us

  1. Go to "My account"
  2. Click "My return" on the left side
  3. Click "Request new return"
  4. Select "the order item that you wish to return" 
  5. Click "next step"
  6. Fill in the details
  7. and "Submit Request"
  8. Wait for Approval from Naindah.com* 
  9. You may drop off your returned item to our warehouse  OR you may also ship it to our warehouse. 

RETURN POLICY: 3 DAYS (after you receive your item)

Drop off address: Unit 6 & 7, Block C, Simpang 34, Taman Alam, Kg Beribi, Bandar Seri Begawan, BE1118, Brunei Darussalam. 

Opening Hour: Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm

                         Friday 8:00am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm 

                         Saturday and Sunday closed

How to avoid from receiving incorrect item?

1. Check during delivery

2. If you are unable to do so, you may follow the return procedure above.

You may place new order with your store credit given (NOTE: amount refunded exclude shipping)
