Coverage days:

3 days for request refund    ->     2 days for NAINDAH.COM approval      ->      1 week for you to return your item to us. 

Reasons for return

YOUR RETURN MUST BE:

New condition

Sealed condition

Complete (free gifts, accessories, original packaging)

Not damaged

Tags & labels attached

Incorrect items

Quality- damages product

Website- Incorrect content

Product- Does Not Fit

Not As expected

NOTE:

  • Refund request can only be made 3 days after you receive your items.
  • If your return does not meet requirement(s), our customer service will notify you before you can send your item to Naindah.com.
  • Shipping fee will not be reimbursed.
  • Please check on non-refundable items.
  • You will only receive your store credit 2 weeks after we have received, verify & approve the return of your item. 
  • All return items must be UNUSED, WITH LABELS, TAGS AND PACKAGING BAG.

Naindah.com has the right to reject any item that does not meet the criteria/ requirement

ALL PAID PRE-ORDER ITEMS (including Naindah Foods and Naindah Fruits) are NONCONCELLABLE/NON-RETURNABLE
